A curated, artisanal healing journey of tea ceremony, sound healing and acupuncture! You’ll be introduced to the healing energy of Lemon Balm—a favorite herbal ally that grows abundantly on the Coastside! AcuSound combines the healing power of acupuncture and sound healing, offering a holistic approach to restore balance to body, mind, and spirit—including deep nervous system integration. This experience is a Shakti Center collaboration between healing artist Kelly Koski of Wildflower Botanica  and Chinese medicine practitioner, acupuncturist and herbalist Amalia Reeves.

Flowing through a delicious journey featuring a tea ceremony, guided meditation and sound ceremony during which needles are applied to the body, you will experience being held in a container of deep healing and restoration. The acupuncture experience is designed to gently support parasympathetic activation, inviting your system into a state of rest, repair, and receptivity.  Leave with a warm cup of Lemon Balm tea and a custom-made Lemon Balm integration gift to help you continue to work with this amazing plant as an herbal ally to support your nervous system health.

Doors open at 9:45am. Mats, small head pillows, blankets, and eye pillows are provided. You are encouraged to bring any additional comfort items that will assist you with comfortably laying down and being cozied in for the experience. No socks please so that your feet can be accessed for needling.
